WINONA, Minn. — A power line was reported to be down behind a home on Fifth Street about 1:20 p.m., but Firefighters found no problem, The caller must have meant Fourth Street. In the 400 block of Wilson Street, firefighters discovered that the power line was actually a communication line. The line had been knocked down by a homeowner was trimming a tree.
