WINONA, Minn. — Employees at the Target megastore on Mankato Avenue reported that two persons had grabbed a number of electronic items and fled in a dark gray sedan. The stolen merchandise was valued at $1,000. Police who checked parking-lot surveillance cameras said the get-away vehicle probably was a 2016 Nissan Altima.
