WINONA, Minn. – A Rollingstone woman, Ashley Ann Johnson, 26, was ticketed for driving with neither insurance nor registration nor plates. She had been stopped on the West End, near Gilmore Avenue and Vila Street, for not having front or rear plates. Then the officer noticed a yellow piece of paper in the back window of the vehicle looked like temporary registration papers but weren’t. The stop was about 5:45 p.m.
