CITY POINT, Wis. – A driver whose car overturned was found dead when Jackson County deputies arrived at the crash. Zachary Ross, 28, of Nekoosa, had been ejected from the rolling vehicle, deputies said. The accident was on Highway 54 near Panter Road, 27 miles east of Black River Falls. Ross was westbound toward Black River Falls about 2 p.m.
