BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. – It might be said that Matthew Stensven has a drinking problem. Stensven, 34, of Black River Falls, was charged with drunken driving after a three-vehicle crash on County Road F north of town. It was his sixth intoxicated driving arrest. Deputies said Stensven’s car crossed the centerline and hit two other vehicles shortly before 8 p.m. They smelled the alcohol right away—and then realized too that there was a child in the car.
