WINONA, Minn. –.After being stopped for not signaling a turn, the driver lowered her window. The deputy thought he smelled alcohol. Sure enough, a sobriety test then and there showed the blood-alcohol content of Miranda Jayde Goodroad, 30, of Winona, at 0.14% — way above what’s considered safe for driving. She was written up for driving under the influence. This was about 10:20 p.m.
