NODINE, Minn. – A Wisconsin woman, Tieshina Victoria Bey, 33, of Kenosha, failed a blood-alcohol test after deputies pulled up behind her car on an Interstate 90 shoulder near Nodine. Deputies said that her eyes were bloodshot watery and that she reeked of alcohol. She blew 0.09%. She was booked on an elevated charge of third-degree drunken driving because she had two juveniles in the car.
