WINONA, Minn. – Police sent a Waconia man to the hospital for detox after a complaint that he was pounding on somebody’s front door about 2 a.m. It turned out to be the wrong door. Police conducted a preliminary breath test onNicholas Keith Kraml, 19, and asked whether he had a friend who could take him home, No, he said, Detox was the next stop. The incident was in the 50 block of West King Street in the Winna State University neighborhood.
