WINONA, Minn. – Drunken hooligans broke a window at a downtown business at Second and Johnson streets about 11:20 p.m. and ran. Witnesses chased them and called police. Two blocks away, the cops caught up with the revelers. Two admitted they had been at the vandalism, but police said, nobody would admit to the throwing the rock. Police wrote them all up:
> Nathan William Bahe, 19, of Victoria, Minnesota, blood-alcohol at 0 14%.
> Alyse Dorothy Greene, 20, of Winona, at 0.11%.
> Logan Daniels Gietcher, 19, og Ramsey, Minnesota, of Ramsey Minnesota, 0.19%
