WINONA, Minn. – Police hauled a Winona man to detox after a call that he had gone berserk at Steiny’s Bar at 450 West Fourth. The man, police were told, had threatened fellow drinkers and said he had a gun. Police determined that there was no gun. But, they said, it was clear that Andrew Olaf Swanson, 41, was in no shape to take care of himself. He was taken to the hospital.
