WINONA, Minn. – Winona County broke the 500 mark with 26 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total to 507. The state Department of Health said that 22 of the cases were newly diagnosed. Four cases were recorded earlier in another county but moved to Winona to correct the residency. No COVID-19 deaths have occurred in Winona County since August 15, the total remaining at 17.
