RESTON, Va. — The American Society of Civil Engineers found a lot bumps on Wisconsin roads. The Society issued a D-plus grade for the state’s roads. Overall the state infrastructure got a C. A Society spokesperson, Martin Hanson, said letting infrastructure fall apart puts a financial burden on everyone. The average family loses $3,300 a year because of lost time due to transportation delays, more crashes, and higher car insurance rates. “We think that this is a significant drag on the economy,” Also, he added, infrastructure improvements would create jobs.
