ALMA, Wis. – In a rare case of voter fraud, a Mondovi man was charged with the felony of illegal voting in the November 2020 election. Damien Patrick Murphy, 40, was ineligible as a convicted felon still on probation. Conviction could mean 3-1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. For whom did Murphy vote? The criminal complaint doesn’t say. Trump carried Buffalo County 62% to 37%.
