MENLO PARK, Calif. – The social-networking site Facebook has blocked the La Crosse Republican Party for content that has been debunked by third-party fact-checkers. Posts flagged by Facebook include an article claiming a U.S. Centers for Disease Control study found that the most people getting COVID-19 wore face masks. Also flagged was a YouTube video claiming presidential candidate Joe Biden wore a wire during the first presidential debate. Facebook said there had been repeated violations. No new ads will be allowed. Facebook said.
