STRONGS PRAIRIE, Wis. –A boater and his 13-year-old daughter drowned after jumping into Petenwell Lake to rescue struggling swimmers. The bodies of the boater, Andrew Nett, 41, of Arkdale, and Aurora Nett, 13, man and his daughter , were recovered around 11 a.m. – 18 hours after the after their failed rescue attempt. Other people rescued the struggling children. Petenwell Lake is on the Wisconsin River downstream from Nekoosa.
