ROCHESTER, Minn. – With an unconscious woman over a shoulder, a firefighter carried her out of a burning house to safety. With life-saving measures, she seemed to respond and was taken by paramedics to a hospital. The fire was about 9 p.m. The woman was nonresponsive in a first-floor bedroom. Meanwhile, flames and smoke were coming from upstairs. Two large dogs were in the house. One was resuscitated.
