WAUKESHA, Wis. – First Lady Jill Biden added condolences to families of 60 persons killed or injured in an assault on a Christmas parade last month. Biden spoke with four families and called the deceased were exceptional people. She singled out Leanna “Lee” Owen of the Dancing Grannies group, whom he described as “one of the smallest but feistiest grannies, who rescued bulldogs and always knew how to make people laugh.” With Biden were Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.
