ROCHESTER, Minn. – A city government insider said that President Trump’s campaign rally Friday would be at the McNeilus steel foundry in Dodge Center. The president, according to the source would still be landing at RST. Dodge Center, population 2,700, has only a 4,500-foot concrete runway and a 2,800-foot turf taxiway – insufficient for the Boeing 747 or 757 that transport the president.
