ROSSIE, Iowa – A rural woman was attacked by her five Great Danes and killed. The body ofMindy Kiepe, 41, was found in a ditch with savage bite wounds from the dogs, said Sheriff Christopher Raveling. Deputies had gone to site after a caller reported finding the woman but couldn’t get close because of the dogs. What prompted the attack was unclear. The dogs were euthanized.
