WINONA, Minn. – Construction crews have finished a stone façade exterior for the new Aldi discount grocery store at Westgate Mall. Aldi’s division manage, Matt Lilla of Faribault, said the grand opening will be November 11. Curbside service begins November 25. The site is the former Salvation Army store at 1443 West Service Drive. Lilla said the store is part of a $5 billion project with new stores and remodeling.
