WASHINGTON — Congressman Jim Hagedorn, R-Minn., maintained his ever-Trumper record in voting against impeaching President Trump. The House favored impeachment 232-197 with four absentions, which propels the President into trial before the Senate for the mob invasion of the Capitol last week. Explaining his vote, Hagedorn criticized Democrats, all of whom favored impeachment, as did 10 Republicans. In an interview with KTOE radio, Hagedorn sad: “What the Democrats have done, in trying to place all the blame at the feet of President Trump, is to say that he orchestrated it. That he was inciting it. I think they’ve gone too far.”
