WINONA, Minn. – The 10th annual Trunk or Treat event will be Saturday on Third Street downtown outside the Edge Church Kids are welcome, of course, said organizer Connie Bodas. So too are nonperishable donations for the food shelf. Bodas said barrels will be outside. Hours: 12 to 3 p.m.
