WINONA, Minn. – A 19-year-old A LaCrosse driver, Cassidy Kay Poellinger, 19, ran off the road up Gilmore Creek about 12:20 a.m. A responding deputy suspected alcohol may have been involved, but, he said, Poellinger refused a blood-alcohol check. This was about 12:20 a.m. in the 22000 block. The deputy took her in for a jailhouse blood check.
