ST. PAUL, Minn. – The state Transportation Department confirmed projects on the Highway 52 thoroughfare connecting Winona and the Twin Cities via Rochester. The projects include Hampton to Cannon Falls: Construction crossovers, concrete overlay, upgrade guardrail, new cable median barrier, signals and repair joints on two bridges.The work was scheduled through November 2021.
