WINONA, Minn. – Two hikers found the body of a man near Devil’s Hoe above Holzinger Lodge in the Winona bluffs. The hikers were out for an early evening ascent. A handgun with the body led police to conclude tentatively that death was by suicide. There was no evidence of foul play, police said.
