WINONA, Minn. — A surveillance camera caught a white sedan making a U-turn in the 350 block of West Third and severing a parking sign from a pole. The driver got out, picked up the damaged sign, and drove away. This was about 12:30 a.m. Police began checking automobile records for the driver.
