WINONA, Minn. – The Winona history museum will reopen June 22 with the easing of coronavirus restrictions, Genia Hesser, director, announced. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays. Address: 160 Johnsoon Street. Hesser said face masks and physical distancing are required: “Pretend you are in the best hoop skirt and keep at least six feet from others.”
