RIDGEWAY, Minn. – Deputies found a vehicle a couple hundred feet off the road in a field up Cedar Valley with the driver nearby. Suspecting alcohol was involved, they tested Mitchell James McNally, 22, of Winona. His blood-alcohol content showed at 0.10%, they said. Law allows only 0.08%. This was about 11:30 p.m. at Ridgeway Road and Cedar Ridge Drive.
