PARK RAPIDS, Minn. – For years Joseph Grisamore has let his hair grow uncut in a bid for the Guinness Book of World Records. Now at 42-1/2 inches spiked, he’s in the record nook. It’s been a long-term project. He began 14 years ago, but seven years back while honeymooning in Aruba it became so tangled he had to start over. The Caribbean saltwater, he said, messed it a up. Does Grisamore spike daily? No. For his health-care job he braids it. At 6-foot-1 he already stands out n a crowd. Fully piked he’s at 10-foot-4.
