ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Responding to a call from an Interstate 90 fueling station about a domestic disturbance, deputies arrested an Illinois man on several grounds. Erik Vehrs, 52, of Carpentersville, Illinois, had bloodshot, watery eyes and smelled of alcohol, deputies aid. He refused to submit to a blood -alcohol test but was taken to jail and tested there, Lab results were pending.
