ALTURA, Minn. – Marcella E. Schumacher, 91, of Altura, a federal meat and poultry inspector, died peacefully at Sauer nursing home in Winona. Before becoming a meat inspector, she eld various positions at the Altura turkey plant. She was known for a green thumb and kept fruit trees and a flower and vegetable garden
