ALMA, Wis. – A Cochrane woman, Kaylee Tiffany, 24,has been cited for inattentive driving for a fatal traffic accident between Fountain City and Cochrane. She was looking at her phone, said Sheriff Michael Schmidtknecht. The Tiffany car rear-ended another vehicle, which then hit a third vehicle. Errol Doerr, 42, of Fountain City, was killed.
