LACROSSE, Wis. – The judge declined to consider the case of dump truck driver Francis Rychtik who claimed too much money was deducted from his prison wages. Judge Todd Bjerke told him to take it up with the family of the late Jason Songer of LaCrescent. Sontag died in a fiery 2014 crash on I-90 through Onalaska. Rycktik is serving 16 years in prison for vehicular homicide.
