ROCHESTER, Minn. – Bond was set at $2 million for Rochester murder suspect Ty’Jhuan Anderson at an arraignment hearing on charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder, and a related weapons violation. Anderson, who had been a fugitive since last November, was delivered to Rochester authorities after being captured by U.S. marshals last week in the northwest Minneapolis suburb of New Hope.
