Amy Klobuchar, D0-Minn., dropped out of the running to be Joe Biden running mate for vice president. “I think this is a moment to put a woman of color on that ticket,” Klobuchar said told interviewer Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. Klobuchar, who is white, said Biden had accepted her withdrawal.
