WINONA, Minn. – A 62-year-old man fell off a paddle board and drowned in Lake Winona. A rescue crew with a sonar-equipped boat recovered the body of Paul Francis Jaszewski about 3 p.m. The accident was on the East Lake near the tourism pagoda.
