WINONA, Minn. – A Winona State University student, Jesus Pimentel Barriga, 22, of Faribault, was cited for a violating the social distance ordinance at a college party in the 200 block of Wilson Street. Police said there were 50 to 70 people in Barriga’s house. The bust was about 11:40 p.m.
