LEWISTON, Minn. –A teenager drove out from Rupprechts Valley Road onto U.S. Highway 14 into a second vehicle. She was unhurt. The driver of the other car, Jessica Hailee Cevirak, 26, of Winona, had injuries that appeared non-serious but that warranted an ambulance trip 17 miles to Winona hospital to be sure, deputies said. Police didn’t release the name of the teen-age driver but said she was 16. She was in a 2006 Chevrolet Impala, whose airbag deployed. Cevirak, in a 2016 Toyota Corolla, whose airbag didn’t deploy, was headed west toward Rochester on U.S 14. This was about 12:50 p.m.
