CHASKA, Minn. – The politically active Mike Lindell, who made a fortune chopping up styrofoam and stuffing it inside Pillow cases, has lost interest in running for governor. Lindell said in April that he wasn’t planning anymore to run but gave himself hedge room to change his mind. Now he’s not participating in any Minnesota GOP primary events. He spends time at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago war room as an adviser without portfolio and toys with the possibility of being vice president if Trump makes good on a run for president in 2024. Lindell also spends lot of time with attorneys to deal with a $1.3 billion libel suit against him from voting-machine manufacturer Dominion. A companion $1.6 billion Dominion suit against Fox News received a go-ahead from a federal judge last week to proceed.

Lindeell. Otherwise occupied.
