ROCHESTER, Minn. – The question for Sokheng Moeurn is how she could been on duty as a lingerie store clerk at the very same times she was claiming to be providing at-home Medicaid services to disabled people. No way, says a Medicaid fraud investigator. Moeurn, 31, has been charged with defrauding Medicaid by cheating on her timesheets. The investigator reported finding more than 200 instances in which Moeurn listed Medicaid hours that overlapped with her shifts at Victoria’s Secret at Apache Mall. This resulted in more than 800 hours of fraudulent claims.
