BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Mall of America management announced that the mall would re-open at the usual 10 a.m. for Christmas shoppers. Police cleared the decision even as their investigation of a fatal shooting at Nordstrom t store continued. Nordstrom’s will remain closed, however. The mall was on lockdown for an hour and then evacuated.
