WINONA, Minn. – Developer Paul van Eijl announced plans for 106-unit storage facility, the largest in Winona, at 940 Frontenac Drive in the Menards-Walmart commercial district on the Far East End. Concrete will be poured this week, he said. The facility will be about two acres with units ranging from 200 to 400 square feet. The location is behind Caesar Pizza, which van Ejil also owns.
