WINONA, Minn. – A pouch suspected of holding meth was found in a guest hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express. Police were unable to trace the pouch to a source immediately. The discovery was reported about 2: 15 p.m. The hotel, at1100 Homer Road , is high-range for Winonawith rack tariff starting about $160 a night.
