DRESBACH, Munn. – A LaCrosse man, Phillip Samuel Dunn, 34, was arrested and referred for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The Sheriff’s Office said that Dunn was pulled over in Dresbach because he was weaving on the road. In the car deputies found two syringes that tested positive for meth.
