MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Milwaukee County officials wrapped up the presidential recount requested by President Trump with no instances of fraud. The only change from the first count was 65 missing ballots from 460,000 total. The county Board of Canvassers voted to continue with their certification process without the missing ballots.
