WINONA, Minn. — An exchange of land between Winona State and Kwik Tip at Huff and Sarnia streets figures into the university’s long-term plan to build a fieldhouse between Sarnia and the Canadian Pacific mainline. The university has been acquiring options on the row f houses on Sarnia between Huff and existing football stadium and on Huff. University President Scott Olson said the vision for a field house for athletics and large events is still several years off.
