MINNEAPOLIS — Mayor Jacob Frey promised that the city will review police pursuit policy after a chase that ended with the death of an innocent motorist Frey called the death of 40-year-old Leneal Frazier early Tuesday “a horrific tragedy.” The review, the mayor said, would begin even through the State Patrol and the Police Department was not yet complete. Frazier was an uncle of Darnella Frazier, the teenager who captured cellphone video of George Floyd’s death in May 2020 as he was being arrested by Minneapolis police.
