ST. PAUL, Minn. – Job recovery from the pandemic may take two years, maybe more, according to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. A new job report said the labor market recovery is facing a bumpy period with the dramatic virus flare-up in November. There had been a recovery in June with about 52% of lost jobs regained, but that was mostly wiped out in November with a second temporary closing of hundreds of businesses.
