ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota has the lowest jobless rate in the nation — 1.8%. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in July was unchanged from previous month, according to the state jobs agency. This latest number compares with 3.4% unemployment rate a year earlier. The new report also showed a net gain of 19,100 jobs in July. That was up almost a full percentage point compared to June.
