VERONA, N.J. – Former Vice President Joe Biden led President Trump 47% to 40% in a Minnesota poll after his major rally in Duluth. The poll, by SurveyUSA, was conducted of 929 likely voters October 1 through October 6. Some days of the polling were after Trump’s hospitalization for COVID-19, but, said Survey USA, no sympathy groundswell was obvious.
